Portugal não está representado com nenhum monumento na escolha mundial das Novas 7 Maravilhas do Mundo, e no entanto existem em Portugal monumentos de grande valor histórico, técnico e arquitectónico, alguns mesmo são já património mundial declarado pela Unesco.
Por isso se decidiu lançar a eleição das 7 Maravilhas de Portugal, numa votação via internet a nível mundial, que terminará 7 de Julho de 2007, coincidindo com a escolha das maravilhas do mundo. Lê mais no site especial criado, vê os 21 finalistas e vota nas 7 maravilhas da tua preferência!
Portugal is not present in the election of the new 7 wonders of the world. Yet there are many important monuments of historical, technical and architectural value in the country, some of which have been declared world heritage by Unesco. In parallel to the selection of the new 7 wonders of the world they decided to launch this worldwide internet vote. So check the 21 finalists and vote for the seven of your choice!
