Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born January 27, 1756, in Salzburg, Austria and died on December 5, 1791, in Vienna. He was a prolific and highly influential composer of Classical music. His more than six hundred compositions include symphonies, concerts, chamber pieces, piano pieces, sonatas, operas, and choral music.
